By using Fat Camp China (fatcampchina.com) you agree to these terms.
Our role
We are an English booking desk for one partner fitness and weight-management camp in Xinglong, Wanning, Hainan, China. The camp is run by an independent local operator. We do not run the camp, employ its coaches or provide its services. We may receive a referral commission from the camp. Your stay is an agreement between you and the camp, on the terms it confirms in writing.
Prices
Prices on this site are the camp’s published rates in Chinese yuan, per programme. Amounts in other currencies are approximate conversions for reading only. We confirm the programme length and final price with you in writing after you book; if they do not suit you, you can cancel and get the deposit back in full. Prices may not include local taxes or card fees where they apply. Sending a date request without paying is free and does not create a booking.
Booking, deposit and cancellation
- Deposit. You book by choosing a room, an arrival date and a planned stay, and paying a deposit of $300 (US dollars) online. Your room is held once the deposit is paid. The deposit counts toward the camp price; the rest is paid to the camp on arrival.
- Free cancellation. If you cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (China time), we refund the whole deposit to the card you paid with. Cancel online in My bookings or by email. Refunds usually show within 5 to 10 working days.
- Later cancellation. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, or do not arrive, the deposit is not refunded, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
- Moving your dates. After a deposit is paid you can move your arrival date once, at no charge, subject to availability, by emailing contact@fatcampchina.com. The deposit moves with the booking; the free-cancellation date then counts from the new arrival date.
- If the camp cannot take you. If the camp cannot host you on the dates you booked, or cancels, you choose new dates or get the full deposit back.
- Unpaid bookings. A booking without a paid deposit holds nothing and can be cancelled at any time without charge.
- Withdrawal right. A booking for accommodation and leisure services on specific dates is not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and UK consumer law; the free-cancellation period above applies instead.
Health
The camp offers a fitness and weight-management programme for healthy adults. It is not medical treatment, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to a doctor before you book if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have had an eating disorder or take regular medicine. Nobody can guarantee a weight-loss result, and we do not.
Photos
Photos on this site are AI-assisted images made from the camp’s own photographs. They show the kind of rooms, facilities, food and surroundings described by the camp. They are not untouched site photos and do not promise a particular room, view or activity.
Visa and travel information
We summarise official entry rules and date each check. Rules change, and border officers and airlines have the final say. Check before you book non-refundable travel.
Copyright and content reports
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, or shows you without your consent, email contact@fatcampchina.com with the subject “Copyright” or “Report”. Include a description of the work or content, the link on this site, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and a statement that your notice is accurate, with your name as signature. We remove or disable the content while we review it and reply within 72 hours.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or its forms, send false requests, or scrape it in a way that degrades service for others.
Liability
We take care to keep the information accurate and dated, but we provide it as is. Except where the law does not allow it, we are not liable for the camp’s services, for travel arrangements you make, or for losses that arise from relying on information that has changed. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
