About Fat Camp China
Fat Camp China is an English-language booking desk for one residential fitness and weight-loss camp in Xinglong, Wanning, on the east coast of Hainan island. We are not the camp operator. We explain the camp in English, collect date requests from overseas guests and pass them to the camp, and help with questions before you travel.
Why only one camp
We would rather describe one place properly than list dozens we have never checked. If we add camps in other provinces later, each one will get its own section with its own facts, prices and sources.
Where the information comes from
- Rooms, prices, meals and what is included: the operator’s own materials, read on 2026-10-28. Prices are the camp’s prices in Chinese yuan; any other currency on this site is an approximate conversion.
- Visa rules: China’s National Immigration Administration and official announcements, linked on the travel and visa page.
- Exchange rates: European Central Bank reference rates, with the date shown next to every conversion.
Things the camp has not confirmed in writing, such as the exact length of one programme period, are marked as not confirmed rather than guessed.
