  2. Your own bedroom

Every guest sleeps in a private room. No snoring roommate, real recovery between sessions.

  3. Measured progress

Body measurements when you arrive and progress tracking through your stay.

  4. Three meals, brought to you

Cooked on site with calorie control in mind and delivered to your room at mealtimes.

  5. A real gym

China fat camp in Hainan: questions

What is a China fat camp?

A residential weight-loss and fitness camp: you live on site, train every day, eat set meals and track your progress. Our camp is in Xinglong, Wanning, on the tropical island of Hainan, and gives every guest a private bedroom and a one-to-one training plan.

How much does the Hainan camp cost?

The camp quotes ¥10,280 for the Glimmer Room, ¥12,580 for the Sunlit Room and ¥16,880 for the Aurora Loft, per programme. That is about $1,542, $1,887 and $2,532 at ECB rates of 2026-10-27. We confirm the programme length and the final price in writing with your dates.

Do I need a visa for Hainan?

Citizens of 61 countries, including the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and most of Europe, can stay in Hainan for up to 30 days without a visa if they arrive through a Hainan port. Use the passport checker on this page.

Is it a boot camp?

No. Training follows a plan built for you after your body measurements, you sleep in your own room, and meals come to your door. It is structured, but it is not a shouting drill camp.

Do the coaches speak English?

The camp accepts overseas guests and says guests from Singapore and the UK have enrolled, but English-speaking coaching is not confirmed yet. Tell us in your request whether you need English and we confirm what support is available before you pay.

Can a beginner join?

Yes. Your plan starts from your measurements and experience. If you have a health condition or take regular medicine, see a doctor before you book and tell the camp in advance.
