Email contact@fatcampchina.com. A person reads every message and we usually reply within two working days (Taipei time, UTC+8). Writing in English is fine; you do not need to speak Chinese.

What to write to us about

• Dates and rooms. The quickest route is the date request form: it asks the questions the camp needs before it can confirm a room.
• Questions about the Hainan camp: meals, training, travel from the airport, what is included.
• Corrections. If something on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what changed. We fix confirmed errors and update the checked date.
• Copyright or privacy requests: see the copyright section and the privacy notice. Put “Copyright” or “Privacy” in the subject line.
• Accessibility. If part of the site is hard to use with assistive technology, email us and we will send the same information another way.

What we cannot do by email

We cannot give medical advice or tell you whether the programme is safe for a specific condition; ask your own doctor before you book. We do not take payment by email and will never ask for card numbers there.
